Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Reverie by Swarnalli. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@reveriebyswarnalli.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  • Packaging: Ensure the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.

  • Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@reveriebyswarnalli.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item if available or issue a full refund.

4. International Returns

For international returns, please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning the item. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
